Unrealistic real money sinks on gear, loot boxes, roullets and many more schemes which most are banned by EU Digital Fairness Act, and are illegal on most countries where Gameforge operates. The game is also available for minors which should have some kind of age verification before accessing this types of content mention above. The game is classified on USK as available for 12 year old kids, which Gameforge is apart of. It's an endless grind, extremely low chances on gear improvement and extremely low chances for must have drops where cheaters have the monopoly. There are hundreds of cheaters daily and advertising real money exchanges for in game items, currencies and scam sites. If you don't spend money on this game you will get stuck progressing, you have to spend monney at some point. The moderators presence in game is non existing. Seems like they don't even know the game. They have a discord and their team members don't interact with the communnity, barely answer any questions, its like ghost accounts just sitting there. In the support tickets the messages are all the same pre made answers and never solve any issues closing the tickets immediately after they answer even if your problem is not solved. It's so ridiculous and I'm surprised there isn't any class action against this company yet since its the same problems for all their games.
