Came in looking for running shoes
Came in looking for running shoes, had no idea what I needed. The guy in the footwear section put me on a treadmill for two minutes to watch how I run, then brought out four pairs based on my gait. Nobody does that anymore. Left with a pair of Brooks Ghost 16, exactly in my budget. He could've pushed me toward something pricier but didn't. Feet have felt great on every run since, zero issues after about 200 miles. Went back last month for a gym bag and some resistance bands different store, same experience. Staff actually know the products they're selling. Rare enough these days that it's worth mentioning.
