Overpriced and dishonest
Company is extremely overpriced and gouges heavily on shipping costs/fees. I lived in Japan (Aomori Prefecture 2020 - 2025) and am very familiar with the shipping costs of forwarding companies from the abroad to Japan, and for shipping a relatively small package (20in × 10in × 9in and 4lbs) they charged nearly $200 when the shipping costs only totaled about $90. This wouldn't have even been that big of an issue if they hadn't provided a much less expensive quote for the shipment, instead they increased the price only after waiting for me to purchase the items from Amazon.jp and having them delivered to their warehouse, very dishonest and underhanded. I reached out to their customer support team twice to ask for why the cost was so high, and both times was given short, unhelpful responses that did not explain the nature of the cost increase. Given the wide range of services who do essentially the same thing, I will definitely never be coming back to ZenMarket, and I recommend you avoid them at all costs.
