Failed to deliver on time
I ordered two cards, a week before Mother's Day and both were garaunteed to be delivered on time... I would have chosen another shipping method if there were any question about that, but there wasn't. I even reached out to customer service to confirm, they did. I even received an email confirming we were good... But here we are, 3 days after Mother's day and one of the two cards just arrived and the other one is still in limbo. I still love the cards, but next time, I'll be sure to order significantly earlier.
