I had a great experience at Delugs at the Raffles location with Jeff. I loved the combination we came up with for my Wimbledon 36mm - crisp color match with the emerald band, although I wish I could've had a waffle or mosaic pattern on the Emerald band to give it a little extra flare. Honestly, from start to finish, it was a great showcase of the product - from learning about the brand, to style / color selection, to seeing the in-store customization with the croc skin and clasps, to checking out the Ming partnership and a seamless product purchase process. Really everything you want to geek out on as someone who appreciates supply chain, story and watchmaking. Jeff's attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
