The site promised shipping in 3-7 business days. After I placed the order, the shipping date was 18 days later! I need the shirt for a high school signing ceremony for my son and when I tried to deal with them, they were very dismissive. Even though they have yet to process the order, I was told it was "too late to cancel." Now they want me to pay to have it returned as well as the hassle of returning the shirt AND I still need a shirt for the ceremony. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
