In October I bought tickets for Metallica in Athens on May 9th. They weren't available for download until a just a week and a half before the concert. Ok I knew this is possible but I was anxious about traveling to Greece and not having the tickets. After emailing them they very kindly reassured me the tickets will be available on time. And they were, but when I downloaded them they had another name on them and weren't the section and row I bought? So I emailed again asking if it's a mistake? Again they reassure me it's fine, tickets wont be linked to names and the section I got was a mirror of the one I selected initially. Fine. Then a couple of days later I get an email marked important from them, saying they made a mistake my tickets weren't the right one because the seller made a mistake and to please download the new ones and only use those. Well great I think, because these have my name on them, everything is fine. When we arrived at the gate the lady scanning the tickets said they were already scanned??? After a bit of back and forth they let us through just because they didn't want the hassle of arguing with us. When we got to our seats they were taken and the people seated there had my tickets!!! My name was on them! We had no place to sit, but thanks to God's of rock music or some metal loving deity it wasn't packed full so we found seats in the same row. This was an anxiety shitshow from the moment they sent me wrong tickets to the end of the concert. So I wouldn't put my trust in this company if I were you.
