Unresponsive support and a broken backend are totally killing my workflow right now. Their Shopify API integration just completely stopped triggering my automated dispatch notifications, leaving my buyers totally in the dark while I'm burning through capital trying to manually fix their mess. Opened a ticket days ago, but their support team is basically non-existent and completely ghosting my follow-ups. Sucks because the label printing dashboard is actually fast and easy to use when it functions, but I can't risk my fulfillment SLAs on a broken backend.
