Beware
Beware! If I could give it a zero I would. Unreliable!!! Unprofessional!!!! I had spoken to customer service twice beforehand to confirm the size storage I would need and gave my credit card info and paid the deposit. I was assured everything would run smoothly, as I needed to be out of my apartment that day (end of lease). They cancelled my move the morning of, less than an hour before they were supposed to show up, and charged ME a cancellation fee! Not only was I left scrambling to find a moving and storage company that could do a move the same day, which cost me an exorbitant amount of money, the stress was horrific and I am now disputing payment for this! Do not use this company. It's a scam!!!
