Buyer beware! Do not shop here!
I placed an order online with Beauty house on 8/5/26 for two fragrances that were both showing in stock. I was issued a tracking number on 8/7/26 and it is now 8/14/26 and there has been no movement on the order. I have tried to contact Beauty House via web chat, email and phone calls. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. The only communication I received was from Web Chat and it took hours for them to reply. I have initiated a dispute with my Credit Card company and will never shop at Beauty House again. Horrible customer service. Can’t speak to anything else because I never recieved my order.
