I bought a pair of trainers to click and collect at the same day… it was 05 days ago, I’m still waiting my order be available to collect, no one knows when it will happen, I call them, they really don’t care about the customer, just sad to me they can cancel and if I want it fast buy again and choose the option to deliver at home
