Pleasant and efficient purchase experience
The representative that sold us the system (David Jurado) was an excellent presenter and demonstrate the different filtering systems. He was very professional, not pushy and answered all our questions. The installation was very clean and effective. The installer (Mike Layne) was again friendly, professional and knew his job very well. We had difficulty finding the main water line from the city, as the previous owners of the house removed the main shut off valve from the side of the house. Mike was perseverant and finally located the water line after digging a couple of trenches (not his fault).
