Laughably bad
Lol. I profoundly regret ever using the service. I stored some stuff with them using their smallest possible service. At that time their website advertised that you could actually do fractional storage- basically if you were using only 20% of your storage, they would only charge you for that. Of course, back in September of last year when I actually use their storage, they were quick to reach out and explain that they had not implemented that functionality yet. And of course, recently they send out an email saying that for various reasons that I really couldn't care about, less, rates were going up. All in all, what a bunch of idiot clowns- I just wish they were public so I could short them. Looking forward very excitedly to getting my stuff out of their storage but of course I've learned enough to not expect anything, so I'm assuming I won't actually be able to Net if you want stylish and top of mind incompetence and laughable customer service, this is the company you want to go for! Otherwise just got a storage unit and you'll be fine
