Avoid this brand at any cost
Avoid this brand at any cost! I bought a 3.2 Kw hybrid inverter from them and it didn't last 2 months! Contacted customer service and after several weeks and paying extra got a 4.2 Kw replacement. Installed it and after 5 MINUTES it started smoking and nearly caught fire! They agreed to take it back and give a refund but after nearly 3 weeks I still haven't received my money back. So be aware and stay clear, because not only they sell substandard and fire hazardous devices, they also keep your money!
