Driver a Malay guy, is of vehicle number, SLK 1606X very rude and unprofessional. Before opening the barrier, horned several time. Officer advised Grab UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER, please don't horn, I will be raise barrier soon. Driver raised his tone and used vulgarities calling the Officer "KAPALABUTHO". Formerly, Grab drivers were very professional like Chauffeur, lately Grab Drivers are wearing "GOD COMPLEX, ATTITUDE, shouting every where. Only to bring down the image of the GRAB COMPANY. Please do look into this matter seriously, because this may only tarnish the image of GRAB COMPANY, further and in matter of time COMFORT DELGRO and CITY CAB, may earn more respect and customers.
