I was I bit skeptical after ordering and then being told I would receive a phone call before my order was packed. I figured it was going to be upsell city but man am I glad they called. The mattress I picked was not going to make me happy. After talking to Kelvin, who was great, I decided on a different mattress and we are very happy with it. Futonland’s communication through the whole process of ordering and then changing my order was excellent. The shipping was also excellent. Not USPS or FEDEX or UPS, but an actual furniture moving company who also delivered with great communication. I went from being not so sure to really happy I chose to use Futonland. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a high quality mattress with great customer service. Erik
