New Printer dilemma
Hello I recently received my new Kobra S1 Max. I couldnt believe how big the box was. Unpacking it was a breeze I just followed the box directions and there it was ready to assemble. It was the easiest printer that I ever set up. Basically removed the packing and turned it on. Went through the usual setup procedures and there you have it within 15min I was printing. I came across one problem when I went to print with the slicer it would not allow me to change the type of filament which was a problem. I contacted the anycubic support team and they quickly responded asking for information to help solve the dilemma. Too keep this story short the support team was great but it was something I hadn't done in the slicer software that caused the problem. Once I fixed that I was off too the races the printer is working great and printing is quick and quiet. Thankyou anycubic for making such a wonderful user friendly printer and thankyou support team for being there whenever I need you.
