I would not recommend Clutter.
I was a monthly storage customer paying approximately $125 per month before my rate increased to approximately $150. For my final delivery, I scheduled a home delivery appointment for May 17 with a 7:00 AM–10:00 AM window. The drivers called when they were outside but did not knock on my door or make reasonable contact at the delivery location before leaving. I was home and available, but the appointment was marked as cancelled and I was charged a $200 cancellation fee. I contacted the drivers directly, and they turned around and completed the delivery by approximately 9:00 AM, still within the original appointment window. Despite the fact that the delivery was completed on time, Clutter still required me to file a claim to request the $200 back. A customer service representative acknowledged that I deserved the refund but said she was not empowered to issue it. Separately, items were damaged during the process, including my Estelle glass and a sculpture. I expected a professional moving and storage company to handle my belongings with care and to resolve clear service issues fairly. Instead, I was charged an improper cancellation fee for a delivery that was ultimately completed within the appointment window, then had my claim denied after my property was damaged. The experience was frustrating, expensive, and disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not use Clutter again.
