This past weekend I drove into BJ tire center and had the pleasure of meeting Pat Hamilton. I was very upset since I am new to the area and was driving in with a full flat tire. Not only did he calm my nerves but took care of my problem. Let me add during my visit, he was alone and taking care of everyone in a very respectful, professional way.He had alot of very angry customers and handled himself so well and professional. He took care of everyone and their needs. I will be honest and say as good as he was, he does need some help. I watched him run out to look at people's cars, propane along with a few angry people. I really appreciated him and wanted you to know what a great employee you have and when I need new tires I would like him to be the one to take care of me.
