Very limited and inaccurate tools and has no refund policy UPDATE: The main reason I left a negative review was because I had emailed support explaining that I had stopped using Ubersuggest and simply forgot to cancel the trial before I was charged. I was initially told that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund, which is what frustrated me the most and led me to leave the review. Since then, the team took another look at my case and refunded the charge. I appreciate them reaching out and resolving the issue. I still don’t think the platform was the right fit for me, and I found some of the tools and data a bit limited for my needs, but it’s only fair to update my review now that the refund issue has been resolved.
