I recently purchased the Anycubic Kobra S1 Max Combo, and while I initially faced an issue with a damaged display screen on first power-up, I would like to highlight the excellent support experience I received. The printer arrived in Italy in good packaging condition, and I carefully unboxed and installed it following the instructions. Unfortunately, the display showed random lines and was not usable from the start. Despite this inconvenience, the Anycubic support team responded quickly and professionally. I interacted with both technical support and customer service (special thanks to David and Molly). They responded promptly, guided me through troubleshooting, and quickly arranged a replacement screen without hesitation. I also appreciated the helpful guidance, including checking the spam folder, which allowed me to find an important engineer response. Additionally, they prioritized my case to speed up the shipment of the replacement part and provided clear and detailed documentation for the screen replacement. Although I have not yet started printing due to this issue, the way it has been handled gives me strong confidence in Anycubic as a company. Their customer care and responsibility are commendable. I am looking forward to receiving the replacement part and starting my 3D printing journey soon—especially with my daughter. Overall, a very positive support experience.
