Is this a real company?!?
I ordered a couple of products the 21st of April and they still appears in fulfillment, not In delivery after almost one Month. I contacted several time the Customer service and obtained inconsistent feedback and apologies for the delays. Ultimately the 12ve of May I requested the cancellation of the order and the refund of My money and so far no reply or Money back. This is just unacceptable, I can’t even judge the products since I have never received them! Is this a real company or a scam?
