Excellent support – password reset worked perfectly
I had a problem with a Techage NVR because the password reset code was linked to an old email address that I could not access anymore. The device came from a company that no longer exists, so I had no way to contact the previous owner. Techage support helped me very quickly through WhatsApp. They explained what I needed to do, helped me with the reset code/super password, and in the end the reset worked successfully. The support was friendly, fast and very helpful. The cameras are working again now. 5/5 stars – thank you very much for the great help!
