ANNOYING
This is hands down, the most annoying company I have ever ordered from. I checked out as a guest, did not set up an account, unchecked the box to subscribe, and yet I get MULTIPLE EMAILS A DAY for marketing. The "unscubscribe" link they refer you to at the bottom of the email only opens up the home page of the website. I had to get an email from the chatbox to try to contact (privacy AT fanatics DOT com) which automatically sent me an email with a new link to unsubscribe. When I clicked that and entered my email, it told me there was an error and to try again later. This company makes it impossible to get rid of their bullshit marketing. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever buy from this store unless you enjoy constant emails.
