The absolute worst
The absolute worst. I applied for a position through the ZipRecruiter platform. I uploaded an updated version of my resume that aligned perfectly for the position I was applying for. The platform sent out my old resume, which should have been over-written when the newer version was uploaded. I never encounter any problems when applying through Indeed or Monster platforms.
