DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased 8 of the 16x24x1 filters only to find out they were significantly smaller than advertised. The actual size measured approximately 15.3x24x1, which is more than half an inch shorter than the labeled size, so the filters did not fit my HVAC system and were completely unusable. I contacted customer service requesting a refund, but they refused, claiming that air filters are sold using "nominal sizes" (rounded up label sizes). That explanation makes absolutely no sense. How exactly does 15.3 round up to 16? If anything, 15.3 rounds down to 15, not up to 16. Very disappointed with both the misleading sizing and the terrible customer service. Now I am stuck with 8 useless filters. DO NOT buy from this company!!!!!
