Recliner sat in factory while company tried to figure out address from autofill address, was shipped in 4 pieces and arrived over 3 days, assembly was a pain, and topping things off, the recliner is really low quality. Lame, really. The massage is just a mild vibration. The materials are cheap. If you want a recliner go get one in a furniture store, or Costco.
