Very disappointing experience with Mystery Box
Very disappointing experience with this Mystery Box. The website advertised “beautiful, high-quality rings” that were supposedly handpicked, but the items I received looked cheap, tiny, and childish. The styles felt nothing like the photos or the quality described online. I contacted customer service and the manager, hoping they would resolve the issue, but I was told the purchase is non-refundable. I understand mystery boxes are a surprise, but customers should still receive products that match the advertised quality and style. Unfortunately, this purchase felt misleading and not worth the money. I would not order again. Update: As soon as Moon Magic told us to return the rings in order to receive a refund, we shipped them back immediately at our own expense and paid for the return shipping ourselves. Moon Magic received the rings within a few business days, on May 27. The company has promised us a full refund, but we have not received the money yet. We will continue to provide updates and let everyone know whether the promised refund is actually processed and received. For now, we are still waiting, and all return shipping costs were paid out of our own pocket. Update: June 3rd 2026. We have received fully refund, but without our shipping fees. Thanks for refund.
