DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM THEM! They never sent me a copy of my policy. They rarely answer the phone and never respond to email. They paid out only a fraction of my claim. And now that I've cancelled my policy, they won't send my prorated refund. Every time I get them on the phone, they say they'll "send that check out tomorrow." UPDATE: The company's reply below says they'll reach out to me, but of course they never did.
