I ordered my Rotimatic in April - DO NOT BUY
I ordered my Rotimatic in April — Order #83525 — and it has now been five months. I understand that some products may have longer delivery times, but what is far more disappointing than the wait itself is the complete lack of communication from Rotimatic. I paid around $2,000, yet I have not received even a single meaningful update regarding the status of my order. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update, and none of them have been answered.
