I recently purchased leaf springs from Michigan Truck Spring. The springs themselves fit correctly and worked as expected once installed, so I can’t complain about the actual product quality. However, the overall customer experience left a lot to be desired. Communication and customer service were disappointing throughout the process. It felt like there was very little care or concern for the customer, and getting help or useful information was harder than it should have been. The sales experience also felt lacking and unorganized. At the end of the day, the parts worked, but the poor customer service and lack of attention to the customer made the overall experience frustrating enough that I can only give 3 stars.
