Marley Spoon has become a fraud franchise under the new management. This will be the 4th week that my order will not be delivered on the date that Marley Spoon gave me. It’s not even the date that I chose and they still can’t deliver. 4 weeks in a row that they have taken payment, delivery has not even arrived for 2 weeks already. So the money is removed from your account and now you have to figure out buying meals and groceries from your weekly budget because no food is delivered. Absolutely no respect or care for you as a customer or even common human decency about hardships and budgets of customers. They have turned off ALL PHONE AND CHAT ABILITY FOR THE LAST 4 WEEKS.
