I ended my business with Chewy.com and went to AlliVet because their prices are cheaper & states faster shipping, but they’re also terrible at getting Rx refills! Their customer service agents are outsourced and clearly reading from a script, repeating the same response each time you restate what you’re asking! I’m losing hope in online pet pharmacies.
I was a loyal customer for THREE years until I moved and the shipping nightmares began. The carrier they use (for all of my orders, all 3 years) is FedEx and FedEx does not follow delivery instructions. My packages were not left on my porch as stated on the orders AND the gate they walk up to. My packages were stolen consistently- dog food and most importantly, my senior dogs heart medications! The processing time for Rx refills were so slow which delayed my autoships on MANY occasions. I always had a good experience with the customer service reps but I shouldn’t have had to call them on a regular basis in the first place.
