Blurb is disappointing
I’ve ordered from Blurb for years, but my most recent experience was disappointing. The paper quality was flat and lifeless — it didn’t do justice to my photography at all. When I contacted them about it, instead of offering to reprint the book or make it right, they simply tried to sell me another one. That felt dismissive of a legitimate concern. After years of loyalty, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere
