Evolve assured me i would not be charged for a reservation they canceled. They then charged me 4 times for the same canceled reservation. I called for clarification and was laughed at then i requested a supervisor and was denied. There policy that you must agree to does not allow you to sue them. Evolve seems like a scam to me. If you use them use a credit card so you can dispute otherwise they will steal your money and laugh at you while they are doing it. They refunded after I disputed with my credit card company. Use a credit card even if they deny it and direct you to use a debit card.
