Scam
Don't buy kukirin products because they offer NO guarantee. The moment something breaks, you have to send an email, but no one will reply. The guarantee is a scam.I have tried contacting Kukirin several times by email and have also left messages on your voicemail, but NO ONE has returned my calls or emails. You say you can't find my purchase, but I made it on the official Kukirin website. You're probably saying this because you don't want to honor your warranty. Kukirin, You are truly dishonest people.
