I ordered 4 items, received 1
I ordered a set with 4 items included, and received 1 part of the set with 4 items. After providing evidence of what I received, I was told it was a glitch in the system. It was not resolved by providing the item or a refund. The Knot simply credited the bride $50. I wouldnt have even known except I had the order shipped to me directly. The $50 does not cover the missing items. I will update if this is resolved in a better way. For now, I can't recommend their service. Update: the knot credited me for the purchase which covers the missing items purchase.
