The reason I am giving five stars is because not only do I love the jewelry from the store and I also believe that it’s an investment the quality of the jewelry is very high as well as the styling I recently had to contact customer service about a previous order that I made, but was not able to find because I checked out as a guest and was not signed into my account. I needed to find this order so that I can see what size gauge I ordered previously for some earplugs. The Chatbot directed me to a representative who was able to pull up my order using my email and shipping address within a few minutes. I got the information I needed and now I’m able to place an order for some birthday jewelry I wanna get for myself. Thank you for your assistance and for the great jewelry I appreciate all that you do Lastly the story behind the jewelry along with the styling of the models including wardrobe hair and makeup just gives an overall esthetic that is so appealing to my soul, the adornments are a great way to express yourself and i honestly am very impressed with my overall experience thank you again
