Zelle works then 1 month later, Varo denied Zelle
During a time of struggle and financial hardship due to loss of job, someone kindly attempted to send me funds to get food. It worked a month prior via Zelle; however, at the moment I'm waiting to start a full-time position and have steady income, I haven't had consistent deposits required according to Varo. Thus, funds never came and I went hungry again, even when help was given. It's Varo's choice to either release them or not. Varo chose NOT! I've been banking with Varo for several months, supposedly building a relationship. It's apparent that struggling individuals aren't welcomed. Even when a Rabbi is trying to help but my bank refused to make it happen. What breaks my heart is Varo didn't even need to pay anything except facilitating the process via Zelle. Shame!
