I am requesting all travellers to please avoid booking through RedBus. I have always booked my buses through other platforms like MMT without any issue, but I made the mistake of booking through RedBus on 21 May. While boarding the bus, we reached the mentioned boarding point on time but could not find the bus. The bus operator then called and asked us to come to Vasant Vihar. After somehow reaching Vasant Vihar in heavy Delhi traffic, we again contacted him and he then asked us to come to Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon. They literally made us run behind the bus across Delhi NCR. Because of their mismanagement and false coordination, we could not board the bus at all. The same time, I raised a complaint through the RedBus chat support, where they promised a refund within 24–48 hours. However, I am still waiting and there has been absolutely no proper response from their team. Their customer service is terrible, the bus coordination was highly unprofessional, and the entire experience felt like a fraud. Please don’t waste your money, time, and energy booking with RedBus.
