Be very careful booking through eSky. I believed I was booking directly with the airline after finding the flight through Google/Skyscanner, but the final price ended up being about $100 higher than booking directly with the airline itself. I contacted customer service within minutes of booking to request cancellation after realizing the pricing difference, but was told only a partial refund was possible because the ticket had already been issued. Customer service was polite, but the pricing and booking flow felt misleading and the ticket was issued extremely quickly before I had a realistic opportunity to correct the mistake. I did not add any value added services, so they basically took $100 for booking on their website... what a scam. I would strongly recommend comparing the final checkout price directly with the airline before purchasing through this platform.
