There are many reviews out there that show their pans as not as advertised. For example, food sticking, and one reviewer had to even throw out there pan because they couldn’t get the stuck on food off. Everything needs research. I have found that with great research and experiencing the product I can make an assessment of exactly the quality and company. I tell you what? I would buy from this wonderful company again. Here’s a note. The sticker that is stuck inside your pans may leave excess glue behind. Even if you wash it, it’s not gonna come off all the way with warm mild soapy water. I did a little research and was able to remove all the glue. It may seem like its not there, but it may be there and once you cook the glue gets heated and there goes that nice purchase. Low to low medium is all you need! Dry right away! I continue to be amazed. I made a pancake, i was like oh no little food stuck. Used my silicone spatula from sabatierre and it came right up. Olive oil will create a film on the bottom of the pan if you are using the steaming basket, so bypass the olive oil for when your food is hot ready and plated. I bought the always pan 2.0 10 inch and the always pan mini 8.5 inch. Buy baking soda! It’s gentle on your pans and takes out most any food. I have spent no more than 5 minutes every time taking care of clean up its a breeze. Maybe you need to rub avocado oil around with your fingers, that works well too. There is such a thing as thermo shock to your purchases so always let cool first. The helper handle can get boiling hot, that’s how I can tell when the pan is heated. Always use oven safe mitts. The lid top also gets hot so be careful. And read the care instructions and research to keep your pans beautiful for years to come. I have not had these long, but since I have had them they have been my favorites for even cooking, no burnt on food, and easy handling also how light. I have RA, and my hands aren’t what they used to be so these pans make cooking and cleaning a breeze. I would recommend you try them for yourself. I have no complaints and bought my pans with my own money so these are my honest and steadfast answers. If anything changes I will update my review to reflect any discrepancies or things that may cause the loss of a star or two.
