Horrible Experience
This is our second time buying a Rotimatic, as we believed the new model would provide us with another great experience. Unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience so far. The rotis are not cooking properly, even at the highest settings, they are coming out completely raw. We requested a service appointment to fix the issue, but no one showed up, and the support team has not been cooperative. After such a long wait, we are extremely dissatisfied with both the product performance and customer service.
