Unique customer service experience
I had questions about the color and texture of the fabric on a chaise that I couldn't decide whether to buy or not. Steven took my call and pleasantly and efficiently answered my questions and helped me consider my options. We were on the phone for at least 20 minutes and I decided to purchase the piece because of the excellent and thorough information that he provided. He also asked if he could confirm a couple of things and call me back. He called within five minutes with good information, so I then purchased the piece immediately. I cannot recall a more pleasant or positive customer service interaction. I felt as though Steven were my designer walking me though my options instead of a sales person pressuring me to make a purchase.
