Wiio

Nearly Destroyed Our Ecommerce Business

We worked with Wiio as a dropshipping supplier and honestly it became one of the worst operational decisions for our business. From the beginning, we experienced issue after issue with almost no serious effort from their side to improve the situation. We had chargeback after chargeback, damaged products, poor packaging, missing or inadequate product instructions, delayed processing times, and constant customer complaints. Instead of helping us scale, the supplier created operational chaos for our business. Nearly 40% of our orders arrived damaged, mainly because of weak packaging and poor quality control before shipping. This resulted in refunds, reships, angry customers, and significant damage to our brand reputation. Another major issue was delivery transparency. They communicate very specific delivery timeframes, but in reality the order processing alone sometimes took over a week before the package was even shipped. This made it impossible for us to manage customer expectations properly. On top of that, their pricing was already higher than many competitors, so naturally we expected at least professional support and reliable service. Unfortunately, the aftersales experience was extremely disappointing. Communication with agents felt lazy, passive, and unmotivated. Most issues were either ignored, delayed endlessly, or answered with generic responses that solved nothing. There was little to no accountability and no visible ambition to actually resolve recurring problems. The overall negligence caused serious financial damage to our business through refunds, chargebacks, lost customers, and constant stress on our support operations. Our experience with Wiio was overwhelmingly negative and we would strongly advise other ecommerce brands to be very careful before working with them.
