predatory, bait-and-switch subscription practices
I signed up for what I believed was a one-time ADHD assessment and structured management plan after seeing an online ad on Instagram. Months later, I discovered I had been enrolled in recurring subscriptions totaling over $100 per month through two separate monthly charges of $45 and $59.99. I never knowingly agreed to ongoing charges at these amounts and did not realize I was being billed continuously until reviewing my payment history. The subscription structure and billing terms were blatently hidden and not made sufficiently clear to me during signup. After searching online, I found many other users describing nearly identical experiences involving unexpected recurring charges and difficulty obtaining refunds or cancellations. I have now disputed the charges, requested cancellation of all subscriptions, and demanded deletion of my payment information from customer service and they're trying to pretend like I knowingly signed up for this service. total BS! Please review all terms extremely carefully before entering payment information with this service.
