10 stars if I could! Life-changing care for veterans I cannot speak highly enough of Better U. In the past, dealing with clinicians made me feel like I had to defend myself just to ask for help. Better U is the exact opposite. Their care and continued care feel entirely "no strings attached." I am on my second set of 9 sessions and everything has been crazy smooth. Their system is perfect—from the helpful automated text updates to being able to immediately talk to a real person when needed.I want to specifically call out Cathy and Tobi. The whole care team is great, but Cathy made me feel instantly at home, heard, and completely comfortable. I just got off a call with her where she let the conversation go 20 minutes over just to ensure all my questions were answered. She genuinely cares, never makes me feel awkward for being myself, and knows their services inside and out. I will be requesting Cathy as much as possible on this journey.Their appreciation, support, and discount for military veterans are amazing. I am really looking forward to participating in their Veterans program to connect with others who have that shared, lived experience. For the first time in 21 years, I am finally getting the help I need and seeing real, immediate progress. I will be recommending Better U to absolutely everyone!
