Vacuum bag does not work and no customer service!!
the duffel bag is somewhat decent but the two vacuum bags I paid a hefty price for do not work as there is space at the zipper that allows all the air to come back in. I rec'd an email from them asking me to reply to tell them how the bag is working but the reply bounces back as undeliverable. I've tried 3 times over the past 2 weeks and all have bounced back. I went to the website and there is no way to talk or chat with anyone just a form to fill out and they will supposedly get back to you. There is also no way to do a review on their website so I don't know where their claimed five star reviews are coming from.
