Very disappointed with this company bus…
Very disappointed with this company bus driver did not announce any stops…..wifi and charging station was not working properly… on one of the buses the bathroom door got stuck and would not open… bus driver was unable to stop ppl starting peeing on the bus… disgusting!!! Plus you pay for a seat once you go claim it there’s someone already sitting there and refuses to get up … bus driver does not intervene and allow it to happen…when ppl pay there money to be seated elsewhere… so I’m not happy at all !!!! Plus I missed my bus coming bk I try to call customer service for help and I had to pay $190 to get back to any or I would have been stuck in South Carolina…. This company was not helpful and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone !!! Next time I will fly out !!!
