Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order weeks ago and spent days checking a tracking page that showed no meaningful updates. After a long period of silence, I was finally informed that the package had failed customs clearance and had been returned. What is most frustrating is not only the delay, but the complete lack of communication. Customers should not have to chase information about their own orders or wait weeks to learn that there is a problem. At this point, I am still waiting for a proper solution and a clear explanation. Until this issue is resolved and my order is delivered, I cannot recommend this store.
